公文写作是各级党政军机关干部日常总要面对甚至是有些机关干部需要大量承担的任务。有效提高公文材料写作水平,既是机关干部确保迅速适应岗位需求、胜任本职工作、赢得上级认可进而获取可能发展机遇的一个前提条件,也是增强自身素质本领应当努力追求的应有目标。要想实现和达到这种层次,积极探索和把握机关公文写作的“六化”要诀,应是一种相对有效可行的途径。第一,力求思维方式超越化。这是写好公文的前提条
Official document writing is a task that cadres of party, government and military departments at all levels must always face even some cadres who need to undertake a large amount of daily tasks.
