8月29日至9月2日,河南省出现一次大范围降水过程,全省平均降水49毫米,全省农业旱情已基本解除,除前期严重受旱的平顶山、许昌市个别地方外,全省山丘区群众临时性饮水困难也得到有效缓解。根据《河南省抗旱应急预案》的规定,省防汛抗旱指挥部决定从9月2日起解除Ⅲ级抗旱应急响应。
From August 29 to September 2, a large-scale precipitation process occurred in Henan Province. The average rainfall in the province was 49 millimeters. The agricultural drought in the province has basically been lifted. Except for some areas where Pingdingshan and Xuchang suffered from severe drought in the previous period, Temporary people in the hills and areas of drinking water have also been effectively alleviated. According to “drought emergency plans in Henan Province,” the provisions of the provincial flood control and drought relief headquarters decided from September 2 lifting Ⅲ drought response.
