2008年《反垄断法》出台标志着我国市场经济进入新时期,一切排除、限制或者可能排除、限制竞争的行为都将被视为垄断行为,都会得到相应的规制。然而我国《反垄断法》只对垄断行为做了原则性的规定,归咎到各行各业,仍然需要更专业的分析。2016年3月,国家发改委和其他有关部门起草的《关于汽车业的反垄断指南》也正式面向社会征询意见,《汽车品牌管理办法》也静待出台,这对于汽车领域的反垄断将具有重要意义,也对汽车供应者和消费者有重要指导作用。
