现代化公司的建设过程中,供电企业不断提升人力资源的集约化水平,为建设现代化智能电网培育强大的人力和组织保障。人力资源的集约化管理,不仅要求对人力资源工作中的效益、效率进行科学评价,要在劳动定员管理相关工作方面进行探索。劳动定员管理要从多方面进行考虑和综合评估,转变公司的创新体制、发展方式和资源配置,理论联系实际,突出管理工作的可操作性和有效性。基于此,笔者对供电企业劳动定员管理存在的问题以及完善措施进行探讨。

The intensive management of human resources not only requires scientific evaluation of the efficiency and efficiency in the work of human resources, but also exploration in work related to personnel management. The management of labor qualifications should be considered and evaluated in various aspects, changing the company’s innovation system, development mode and resource allocation. The theory should be linked with reality to highlight the operability and effectiveness of management. Based on this, the author discusses the problems existing in the management of labor quotas in power supply enterprises and their perfecting measures.
