本文以Al6063矩形管铝型材的热挤压过程为研究对象,分别建立有限元法和有限体积法数值模拟的数学模型,对空心铝型材的挤压过程进行模拟。分析了两种模拟方法针对矩形管铝型材挤压过程模拟的可行性,得出了有限体积法更适用于空心铝型材挤压模拟的结论,为空心铝型材挤压模具结构的设计和工艺参数的优化提供了依据。
In this paper, the hot extrusion process of Al6063 rectangular tube aluminum profile is taken as the research object. The mathematical model of finite element method and finite volume method numerical simulation are established respectively, and the extrusion process of hollow aluminum profile is simulated. The feasibility of the two simulation methods for simulating the extrusion process of the rectangular tube aluminum is analyzed. The conclusion that the finite volume method is more suitable for the extrusion simulation of the hollow aluminum extrusion is obtained.
