以四川不同地区的 5个野生假俭草为材料 ,采用聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳法 ,检测了过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶。结果表明 :不论从酶的条带数 ,还是从相同酶带的活性来比较 ,5种生态型均存在差异性 ;在过氧化物酶同工酶位点上 ,酶带数为 3~ 7条 ,乐山假俭草、巫溪假俭草和雅安假俭草差别甚小 ,表现出较强的同源性 ,而都江堰假俭草、峨眉假俭草差异较大 ,同源性不强 ;在酯酶同工酶位点上 ,酶带数多为 4~ 5条 ,各材料在酶带的数量、活性上存在较大差异。
Five wild centipedegrass cultivars in different areas of Sichuan Province were used as materials to detect peroxidase and esterase isozymes by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that there were differences among the five ecotypes in terms of the number of bands of the enzyme and the activity of the same enzyme band. In the peroxidase isozyme locus, the number of bands was 3 to 7 , Centipedegrass in Leshan, centipedegrass in Weixi, and centipedegrass in Ya’an showed very little difference, showing strong homology, whereas the centipedegrass in Dujiangyan and the centipede in Emeiwere quite different, Esterase isoenzyme site, the number of bands more than 4 to 5, the number of the enzyme band, the activity there is a big difference.
