In 2011,Hu Angang and Hu Lianhe proposed their second-generation ethnic policy as altative option of current Chinese ethnic policy which has been supposed to cause unrest among ethnic minority areas in China.In their paper,they narrate a perfect racial politics based on racial integration in the United States.
