本文报道1例男性、59岁Wolff-Parkinson-White综合征患者,因反复心动过速发作,自1978年3月开始服用乙胺碘呋酮600mg/日治疗。胸片显示心脏增大,肺野清晰,肺血管纹理正常。1年后病人诉体重减轻,持续干咳,活动后气急及腹部不适,血沉48mm/小时,胸片显示右肺中叶及上叶有限局性密度增高阴影及左肺间质性改变。~(67)镓肺扫描显示右肺门水平摄取~(67)镓增加。经气管作肺活检显示局灶性间质性肺炎及纤维化。在1980年6月停服乙胺碘肤酮,数星期后,病人的症状减轻,咳嗽及不适感消失,气急减轻,胸片显示明显进步。肺摄取~(67)镓正常。4个月
This article reports a male, 59-year-old Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome who had been treated with amiodarone 600 mg / day since March 1978 due to recurrent tachycardia. Chest radiograph showed increased heart, lung field clear, normal pulmonary vascular texture. One year later, the patient complained of weight loss, sustained dry cough, shortness of breath and abdominal discomfort after exercise. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate was 48 mm / hour. The chest X-ray showed limited local density increase in the middle and upper lobe of the right lung and the interstitial lung changes. ~ (67) Gallium scintigraphy showed ~ (67) gallium uptake at right hilar level. Tracheal lung biopsy showed focal interstitial pneumonia and fibrosis. In June 1980 stopped taking ethylamine hydrochloride, a few weeks later, the patient’s symptoms reduced, cough and discomfort disappeared, reduced urgency, chest X-ray showed significant progress.
