微核试验作为检测遗传损伤的方法,在国内外已广泛用于毒理学研究。检查微核有多种方法:小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核,淋巴细胞微核,哺乳动物胎肝血细胞微核,哺乳动物组织、器官细胞微核,近来又提出末梢血成红细胞微核。已被公认和经常应用的是小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核试验,这种方法在国际上已被欧州共同体(EEC)
As a method of detecting genetic damage, micronucleus test has been widely used in toxicology research at home and abroad. There are many ways to check the micronucleus: mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus, lymphocyte micronucleus, mammalian fetal liver blood cell micronucleus, mammalian tissue, organ cell micronucleus, and recently proposed peripheral blood erythrocyte micronuclei. It has been recognized and often used in mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte (PCE) micronucleus test, this method has been in the international community by the European Community (EEC)
