目的 观察中药对肺炎双球菌的抑菌机理。方法 采用从大叶肺炎痰液中分离出的致病肺炎球菌进行体外 D N A 合成抑制试验。结果 随着清热药物浓度提高,肺炎球菌 D N A 合成呈下降趋势,不同中药浓度组与空白对照相比(dpm 值4599903±9301.1)有极显著差别( P< 0.05),其抑制 pneum ococcus D N A合成程度几乎与青霉素相同。结论 清热药物抑菌机制是通过抑制细菌的 D N A 合成,从而抑制致病菌的增殖生长。
Objective To observe the antibacterial mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine against Streptococcus pneumoniae. Methods The in vitro D N A synthesis inhibition test was performed using pathogenic pneumococci isolated from sputum of large leaf pneumonia. Results With the increase of the concentration of heat-clearing drugs, the synthesis of pneumococcal D N A showed a decreasing trend, and there was a significant difference (p < 0.05) between the concentrations of different traditional Chinese medicines and the blank control group (dpm value 4599903±9301.1). Its inhibition of pneumococcus D N A synthesis is almost the same as that of penicillin. Conclusion The antibacterial mechanism of heat-clearing drugs is to inhibit the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria by inhibiting the synthesis of DNAA from bacteria.
