目的:观察参参康心滴丸对急性心肌缺血模型大鼠心电图ST段变化及血清一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素(ET)与心肌组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)含量的影响,探讨其防治心肌缺血的作用及其机制。方法:ip盐酸异丙肾上腺素(ISO)复制急性心肌缺血大鼠模型,连续ig参参康心滴丸7 d后,记录心电图,然后取血及心肌组织,测量血清NO,血浆ET与心肌组织TNF-α,IL-6含量。结果:阳性对照组和参参康心药物各组ST段抬高值均降低,NO含量均有不同程度的升高,ET含量均降低,高剂量组TNF-α含量明显降低,高剂量组和阳性对照组IL-6含量明显降低。结论:参参康心滴丸改善急性心肌缺血的作用可能与升高血清NO含量及降低血浆ET及心肌组织TNF-α,IL-6含量有关。
Objective: To observe the changes of ST-segment of electrocardiogram, serum level of nitric oxide (NO), plasma endothelin (ET) and the level of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF) in myocardial tissue of rats with acute myocardial ischemia Interleukin-6 (IL-6) content, to explore its role in prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia and its mechanism. Methods: The model of acute myocardial ischemia was induced by isoprenaline hydrochloride (Ip). After continuous ig ginseng Kangxin dripping pills for 7 days, the electrocardiogram was recorded, and then the blood and myocardial tissue were taken for measurement of serum NO, plasma ET and myocardium Tissue TNF-α, IL-6 content. Results: The ST segment elevation in the positive control group and the reference drug group were decreased, the content of NO was increased to some extent, the content of ET was decreased and the content of TNF-α in high dose group was significantly decreased Positive control group IL-6 content was significantly reduced. Conclusion: The effect of Shenkang Kangxin Dripping Pills on improving acute myocardial ischemia may be related to increasing serum NO content and decreasing plasma ET, TNF-α and IL-6 levels in myocardium.
