目的:深入了解目前化疗药物引起血糖变化的研究概况,反映相关国家、研究机构和医药科研人员在该领域的科研能力和影响力。方法:以Pub Med、中国知网为检索工具,分别以“Drug therapy”“Blood glucose”和“化疗”“血糖”为主题词,检索截至2015年11月7日的所有文献。采用文献计量学方法,对英文文献按国家、城市、刊载期刊、主题词、研究者、他引次数等项目进行排名并分析,对来自我国的英文文献的刊载期刊、城市等项目进行排名并分析;对中文文献研究机构、他引次数等项目进行排名并分析。结果:Pub Med检索得到11 445篇文献,英文文献10 095篇(占88.2%),发文量最多的国家为美国(2 356篇);中文文献693篇,研究机构集中在北京、上海、广州等城市。他引次数较高的英文文献主要研究的是血糖的控制,中文文献主要研究的是血糖受到的影响。结论:化疗药物引起血糖变化的临床研究文献逐年递增,仍是临床研究热点。我国的研究尚停留在观察阶段,建议转变为治疗性研究。
OBJECTIVE: To understand in depth the current research on the changes of blood glucose induced by chemotherapeutic drugs and to reflect the research capability and influence of relevant countries, research institutions and medical researchers in this field. METHODS: Using Pub Med and CNKI as the retrieval tools, the author searched “Drug therapy ” “Blood glucose ” and “Chemotherapy ” "blood glucose All the literature. Using the method of bibliometrics, the English literature is ranked and analyzed according to the national, city, periodical, subject, researcher and number of times cited by him, and the ranking of the periodicals, cities and other projects in the English literature from China is ranked and analyzed ; The Chinese literature research institutions, he cited the number of projects such as ranking and analysis. Results: There were 11 445 articles published by Pub Med, 10 095 articles (88.2%) in English literature, and most of the articles were published in the United States (2 356 articles). There were 693 Chinese articles and research institutes were located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, etc. city. He cited a higher number of English literature is the main study of blood sugar control, the main Chinese literature is the impact of blood glucose. Conclusion: The clinical research literature on the changes of blood glucose caused by chemotherapy drugs is increasing year by year, and is still a hot spot in clinical research. Our research remains at the stage of observation, it is recommended to change to therapeutic research.
