目的探明大理白族自治州高中生健康危险行为现况和特点,为制定干预措施提供参考依据。方法采取整群分层随机抽样方法,调查了大理白族自治州10所中学1 730名学生。结果 1 730名调查对象中,每天吃蔬菜、牛奶豆制品的学生分别为69.8%、12.7%;1个月内非安全横穿公路的学生为62.56%;11.66%的学生在过去1年内到非安全场所游泳,58.52%的学生每天运动时间<1 h;1年内有11.56%的学生打过架;84.77%的学生自感孤独;31.08%和9.74%的学生分别有离家和自杀念头;20.03%的学生一周饮酒>4次;9.90%的学生每天抽烟>1支;8.42%的学生每天上网>4 h;9.94%和5.38%的学生分别上网不能自控和上课走神。在偏食挑食、抽烟、非安全游泳、非安全过马路、非安全滑冰、有自杀和离家念头、曾受过严重伤害,每天看电视>4 h指标中,经济发达地区和中等发达地区,欠发达地区相比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论健康危险行为在大理白族自治州高中生中广泛存在,高中生健康危险行为问题不容忽视,应安排必要的心理教育课程,正确引导高中生的行为。
Objective To explore the current status and characteristics of health risk behaviors among senior high school students in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, and to provide a reference for the formulation of intervention measures. Methods A stratified stratified random sampling method was used to survey 1 730 students from 10 middle schools in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture. Results Among the 1 730 respondents, 69.8% and 12.7% of students ate vegetables and milk soy products each day, 62.56% of students who crossed the road within one month and 11.66% of students went to non-safe places in the past year 58.52% of the students exercised for less than 1 h every day, 11.56% of the students played a frame in one year, 84.77% of the students felt lonely, 31.08% and 9.74% of the students left their homes and suicidal thoughts, respectively. 20.03 9% of students smoke> 1 day; 8.42% of students go online everyday> 4 hours; 9.94% of students and 5.38% of students go online and can not control themselves and go to school. In partial eclipse picky eaters, smoking, unsafe swimming, unsafe crossing, unsafe skating, suicide and thoughts of leaving home, have been severely harmed daily TV> 4 h indicators, economically developed areas and the middle-developed areas, less developed The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Health risk behaviors exist widely among high school students in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture. The health risk behaviors of high school students should not be neglected. Necessary psychological education courses should be arranged to correctly guide the behaviors of high school students.
