成型磨削是在精密加工中应用很广的一种工艺,我部曾从英国Diaform公司引进20余台仿型修砂轮夹具,其工作原理是按型面制作一放大10倍或5倍的靠模板,当手扶触指沿着靠模移动时,则在其另一端的金刚石钻头通过四连杆机构按缩放比在砂轮上修正出相应的型面,精度可达2.5～5微米。
