发展新能源汽车是常州“十二五”规划的重要内容之一。这一目标的实现不仅有利于推进常州市节能减排和产业结构的优化升级,更是经济增长方式转变的重要举措,同时新能源汽车的发展也有助于增强常州经济的整体实力和竞争力。文章分析了常州发展新能源汽车的有力条件及发展机遇;进一步分析了常州新能源汽车发展的不利条件和制约因素;重点分析了常州发展新能源汽车的策略及路径。
The development of new energy vehicles is Changzhou “Twelve-Five ” planning an important part. This goal is not only conducive to promoting Changzhou energy-saving emission reduction and industrial structure optimization and upgrading, but also an important measure for the transformation of economic growth mode, while the development of new energy vehicles will also help to enhance the overall economic strength of Changzhou and competitiveness. This article analyzes the powerful conditions and development opportunities for the development of new energy vehicles in Changzhou; further analyzes the unfavorable conditions and constraints of the development of new energy vehicles in Changzhou; and analyzes the strategies and paths for the development of new energy vehicles in Changzhou.
