本文结合艺术专业学生文化主体内在特点和文化环境外部特征分析,立足于当前高校艺术专业学生党建工作现状及其存在的主要问题。从先进文化的视角来看,加强艺术专业学生党建工作重在加强先进文化及其核心价值体系的理论灌输、思想导向和创意传播。同时,在组织建设上,要完善组织体系,增强组织的文化影响力;在队伍建设上,要提升专业教师党员的整体文化育人效果。
Based on the analysis of the intrinsic characteristics of culture major and the external characteristics of cultural environment, this paper bases on the current situation of the party construction of arts major students in colleges and universities and its main problems. From the perspective of advanced culture, strengthening party building among art major students focuses on strengthening the instilling of advanced culture and its core value system, ideological orientation and creative communication. In the meantime, on the organizational construction, we should perfect the organizational system and enhance the cultural influence of the organization. On the team building, we should enhance the overall cultural educational effect of the professional faculty members.
