建立了一种较简单、较快速的紫外分光光度法测定大气中沥青烟含量,研究并探讨了该测定法(百分消光系数E_(1cm)~(1%)λmax值法)的一些最优化条件。以该法测定分析了某铝厂环境和车间空气中沥青烟环已烷吸收液的浓度,结果满意。作为验证,在对不同浓度的标准样品(样本容量数35)之测定中,其相对标准偏差即变异系数CV小于3%;对2×10~3g/100ml左右的四种标准溶液进行测定之相对误差亦均小于4%。
A simpler and faster UV spectrophotometry was developed to determine the content of asphaltene in the atmosphere. Some optimization methods of this method (exponential E 1cm -1 λ max) were studied and discussed condition. With this method, the concentration of bitumen smoke and cyclohexane hexane absorption solution in an aluminum plant environment and workshop air was measured and analyzed. The results were satisfactory. As a verification, the relative standard deviation (CV) was less than 3% when the standard samples (sample size 35) of different concentrations were measured. The relative standard deviations of the four standard solutions of 2 × 10 -3 g / 100 ml were measured The error is also less than 4%.
