目的:观察鲑鱼降钙素穴位注射配合护理干预骨质疏松疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取78例骨质疏松疼痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各39例。2组均进行骨质疏松症疼痛护理,对照组予鲑鱼降钙素肌肉注射,治疗组予鲑鱼降钙素双侧肾俞、脾俞穴位注射。观察2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和健康调查简表(SF-36)评分的变化,记录疼痛缓解时间。结果:治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组疼痛缓解时间(14.21±4.02)天,治疗组疼痛缓解时间(10.13±3.45)天,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组生理职能、躯体疼痛及活力等6项评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗组社会功能、躯体疼痛、活力及总体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组生理功能、生理职能、情感职能及精神健康评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鲑鱼降钙素穴位注射联合护理干预骨质疏松疼痛患者,能更有效地缓解疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of salmon calcitonin acupoint injection combined with nursing intervention on osteoporosis pain. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with osteoporosis were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 39 cases each. The two groups were given osteoporosis pain care, the control group was given salmon calcitonin intramuscular injection, the treatment group was salmon calcitonin Bilateral Shenshu, spleen point injection. The changes of visual analogue scale (VAS) score and health survey profile (SF-36) score before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and the pain relief time was recorded. Results: After treatment, the VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). In the control group, the pain relief time was 14.21 ± 4.02 days, and the pain relief time in the treatment group was 10.13 ± 3.45 days. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of 6 physiological functions, body pain and vitality in 2 groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). The scores of social function, physical pain, vitality and general health were higher in the treatment group than those in the control group (P <0.05 ). There was no significant difference in physiological functions, physiological functions, emotional functions and mental health scores between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Salmon calcitonin acupoint injection combined with nursing intervention in patients with osteoporosis pain can relieve pain more effectively and improve quality of life.
