目的采用静息态功能MRI(f MRI)体素镜像同伦连接(VMHC)的分析方法研究无灶性癫痫(NLE)患者发作间期大脑半球间功能连接的改变,分析其与临床症状之间的联系。方法搜集21例NLE患者和21名正常志愿者的临床资料和静息态f MRI数据,应用VMHC的分析方法,采用双样本t检验比较患者组和对照组大脑半球间功能连接的改变情况。结果患者组较对照组VMHC增加的脑区为旁中央小叶;减低的脑区为颞中回、枕中回、额中回、楔前叶、顶下小叶及小脑前叶。结论 NLE患者半球间VMHC的改变与临床症状相关联,可同其他分析方法结合进行相互补充来揭示NLE患者的发病机制。
Objective To investigate the changes of functional connectivity between cerebral hemispheres in patients with non-focal epilepsy (NLE) during the interictal period by using resting-state MRI (f MRI) voxel homotypic connectivity (VMHC) Contact. Methods The clinical data and resting fMRI data of 21 patients with NLE and 21 normal volunteers were collected. The changes of functional connectivity in the hemisphere of patients and controls were compared by the method of VMHC and the two-sample t-test. Results Compared with the control group, the VMHC increased in the patient group. The reduced brain regions were middle temporal gyrus, midburn midline, middle frontal gyrus, anterior wedge leaflets, apical lower lobes, and anterior cerebellar lobes. Conclusion The changes of VMHC in the hemispheres of NLE patients are associated with clinical symptoms and can be complemented with other analytical methods to reveal the pathogenesis of NLE.
