采用GC-MS方法对艾纳香挥发油挥发性成分进行鉴定,共检测出45种成分。艾纳香精油主要化学成分14种,为2-茨醇、反式石竹烯、D-樟脑等。试验同时以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌为受试菌种,对艾纳香挥发油的抗细菌活性进行研究。结果显示,这种挥发油对2种试用菌均有明显的抑菌作用,且随精油浓度的增加抑菌作用增强。
GC-MS method was used to identify the volatile components of volatile oil of Echinacea elegans. A total of 45 components were detected. There are 14 main chemical components of Aina essential oil, 2-zol, trans caryophyllene, and D-camphor. At the same time, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were used as test species to study the antibacterial activity of Echinacea essential oil. The results showed that the volatile oil had obvious antibacterial effect on the two kinds of trial bacteria, and the antibacterial effect increased with the increase of the concentration of essential oils.
