共青团是中国共产主义青年团的简称,它是中国共产党领导的先进青年组织,是广大青年在实践中学习中国特色社会主义和共产主义的学校,是中国共产党联系青年群众的桥梁和纽带,是中华人民共和国的重要社会支柱之一,也是中国共产党的助手和后备军。在现代企业中加强共青团组织的建设,可以有效的提高青年员工、青年干部的思想认知,强化其工作纪律等,对企业的发展有着很大意义。本文就我国煤炭企业共青团组织的发展和建设做几点论述,希望能给从事共青团组织建设的相关人员带来一些有益的帮助。
The Communist Youth League is an abbreviation of the Chinese Communist Youth League. It is an advanced youth organization led by the CPC and a school where most young people study socialism and communism with Chinese characteristics in practice. It is a bridge and link between the Chinese Communist Party and young people, People’s Republic of one of the important social pillars, but also the Chinese Communist aides and reserve forces. Strengthening the construction of Communist Youth League organizations in modern enterprises can effectively improve the ideological understanding of young staff and young cadres and strengthen their work discipline, which are of great significance to the development of enterprises. This article makes several expositions on the development and construction of the Communist Youth League in China’s coal industry, hoping to bring some useful help to those involved in the construction of the Communist Youth League.
