随着人工心脏瓣膜在材料、性能和耐久性等方面的不断进步,瓣膜置换术的手术成功率大大提高,成为治疗严重心脏瓣膜病变最成熟、有效的方法.传统设计的瓣膜需要在体外循环下置入体内,手术创伤大、并发症多,且存在较多的手术禁忌证.近年来,微创瓣膜置换术取得了突破性进展,可经皮置入的肺动脉和主动脉可压缩性支架瓣膜已先后成功地应用到临床,但非体外循环下二尖瓣可压缩性支架瓣膜置换术仍处于起步阶段.现就将二尖瓣可压缩性支架瓣膜置换术的最新研究进展作以综述.
