空中交通管制是一个神圣的职业,同时也是一个富有挑战性的职业。随着我国民航事业的迅猛发展,空中交通流量增长较快,拥有一支适应21世纪需要、基础素质良好的空中交通管制专业人才,在各管制单位显得尤为迫切。因此,空中交通管制员的选聘是一项关系到管制单位整体素质和未来发展的重要工作。下面笔者从招聘原则与招聘考核内容两方面谈点个人观点。一、招聘原则 1.公开原则将管制员选聘的人数、时间、资格条件、考核方法公开,给予应聘者公开竞争的机会,同时,也便于监督,防止不正之风。 2.平等原则对所有的应聘者一视同仁,不能以应聘者的毕业院校、地域、民族、性
