本文介绍了用等效网络方法分析介质板用于相控阵的宽带和宽角阻抗匹配。给出了计算公式,优选步骤和结果。发现匹配效果良好,在10%频带,±50×60°矩形扫瞄空域内,对各种极化,除在高频端的某些扫瞄面的最大扫瞄角处的绝大部分范围内,均获得驻波系数小于2。从物理概念上解释了介质板适用于宽带和宽角阻抗匹配的原因。优选结果利用模分析法的严格公式进行了检验和修正,发现在小扫瞄角时,等效线路法可以得到较准确的结果。在大扫瞄角时误差较大,但优选规律是符合的。说明等效线路法可用于介质板匹配的优选。优选结果用模拟器作了实验验证。
This article describes the use of an equivalent network method for analyzing slab broadband and wide-angle impedance matching of phased arrays. The formulas, the preferred steps and the results are given. It was found that the matching effect is good. For all polarizations within the 10% band, ± 50 × 60 ° rectangular scanning airspace, except for most of the maximum scanning angles of some scanning surfaces at the high frequency end, The obtained VSWR is less than 2. The physical concept explains why the media board is suitable for wideband and wide-angle impedance matching. The preferred results were examined and corrected using the rigorous formulas of the modal analysis. It was found that the equivalent line method can achieve more accurate results at small sweep angles. In large scanning angle error, but the preferred rule is consistent. It shows that equivalent circuit method can be used for the matching of media plate. The result of the experiment is verified by simulator.
