目的探讨宫颈接触性出血的原因,观察爱宝疗浓缩液(聚甲酚磺醛)治疗宫颈接触性出血的疗效。方法 89例患者均因宫颈接触性出血前来就诊,其原因:柱状上皮异位66例,宫颈管息肉3例,电灼治疗术后5例,微波治疗术后5例,激光治疗术后3例,LEEP术后2例,宫颈管慢性粘膜炎5例,患者常规宫颈细胞学检查正常及HPV阴性,B超宫内膜正常,其主要症状是宫颈接触性出血。采取爱宝疗浓缩液宫颈管内及宫颈表面患处上药,每周一次,疗程2～6周,上药后3个月复查或回访。结果 87例症状消失,2例偶尔有接触性出血症状,治愈率97.7%。结论爱宝疗浓缩液用于治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位、宫颈物理治疗术后的出血、宫颈管粘膜炎等各类原因导致接触性宫颈出血的治疗有非常好的疗效。
