教师评价体系作为一种督促教师认真授课、不断完善和提高教师自身素养及水平的激励机制,在教育工作中具有极为重要的地位和作用。而如何改进这一机制和措施并使之行之有效,又能体现出评价体系的公允性,是教育教学研究中一个尚有很大空间的学术问题。实践证明,评价主体多元化、评价信息公开化、评价体系多层次和多样化是建立科学、有效及相对公平的教师评价体系应着重考虑的三个方面。
The teacher evaluation system has an extremely important position and role in education as an incentive mechanism that supervises teachers to teach lessons, continuously improves and enhances teachers’ own quality and level. How to improve this mechanism and measures and make it effective, but also reflect the fairness of the evaluation system, is an academic problem that still has a lot of space in education and teaching research. Practice has proved that evaluation subject diversity, evaluation information disclosure, evaluation system multi-level and diversification are three aspects that should be taken into consideration in establishing a scientific, effective and relatively fair teacher evaluation system.
