目的为研究脑缺血后脑内胆碱类递质的变化及药物的保护作用。方法结扎蒙古沙土鼠左侧颈总动脉2h造成急性脑缺血,通过放免法测定了脑组织中Ach含量和ChAT的活性。结果缺血组织内Ach及ChAT均明显降低,非缺血侧则无明显变化。缺血前30min腹腔注射人参皂甙能明显提高缺血组织Ach含量和ChAT的活性。结论人参皂甙对急性脑缺血具有保护作用。
Objective To study the change of brain choline neurotransmitters and the protective effect of drugs after cerebral ischemia. Methods Acute cerebral ischemia was induced by left ligation of common carotid artery in Mongolian gerbils for 2 hours. Ach content and ChAT activity in brain tissue were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results Ach and ChAT in ischemic tissue were significantly decreased, but no change in non-ischemic side. Intraperitoneal injection of ginsenosides 30min before ischemia can significantly improve the Ach content of ischemic tissue and ChAT activity. Conclusion Ginsenosides has a protective effect on acute cerebral ischemia.
