本实验用含内皮素的ＫＨ氏液灌流大鼠离体主动脉６０ｍｉｎ后，提取大鼠主动脉中总ＲＮＡ，用Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ印迹杂交方法检测ｃ－ｍｙｃ和热休克蛋白７０ｍＲＮＡ转录，放射自显影结果显示：内皮素可诱导大鼠主动脉细胞ｃ－ｍｙｃ和热休克蛋白７０基因表达增加，这在高血压和动脉粥样硬化发病过程中对血管平滑肌的增殖可能起重要作用。
In this study, endothelin-KH solution was used to perfused rat isolated aorta for 60min. The total RNA was extracted from the aorta of rats and the c-myc and HSP70mRNA were detected by Northern blot hybridization. The results of autoradiography : Endothelin can induce rat aortic C-myc and heat shock protein 70 gene expression increased, which may play an important role in the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle during the pathogenesis of hypertension and atherosclerosis.
