采用二阶导数分光光度法测定盐酸普萘洛尔片的含量。线性范围为８～２８μｇ／ｍｌ，平均回收率在９８％以上，ＲＳＤ为０．９５％。方法简单，结果准确。
Determination of Propranolol Hydrochloride Tablets by Second Derivative Spectrophotometry. The linear range was 8 ~ 28μg / ml, the average recovery was over 98%, RSD was 0.95%. The method is simple and the result is accurate.
