利用YPM-01型页岩膨胀模拟试验装置,对膨润土水化膨胀规律与温度、压力的关系进行了初步的研究探讨。实验表明,在一定条件下,升高温度可增大膨润土水化膨胀速度,对于定量膨润土样品其最终的膨胀变化量是相同的,膨胀规律基本一致,提高试验压力,也可加速膨润土的水化膨胀;该试验装置还能测出样品的软化变形点,能简捷、直观地评价其稳定状态。
Using YPM-01 shale expansion simulation test device, the relationship between the law of hydration and expansion of bentonite and temperature and pressure was studied. Experiments show that under certain conditions, increasing the temperature can increase the hydration expansion rate of bentonite, the final amount of expansion and swelling of bentonite samples is the same, and the expansion law is basically the same. Increasing the test pressure can also accelerate the hydration of bentonite Expansion; the test device can also measure the sample softening deformation point, can be simple and intuitive assessment of its stability.
