化工部第一胶片厂于1983年3月2日至3日,在保定市召开了“1087型黑白流光高速记录片”技术鉴定会。参加会议的有化工部、核工业部、五机部、上海711所、中国科学院高能物理所、中国科技大学、西安光机所、机械部通用所、国防科学技术大学、北京工业学院、中国人民解放军部队以及保定市科委等单位的代表,共20余人。

The meeting was attended by representatives from Ministry of Chemical Industry, Ministry of Nuclear Industry, Ministry of Machinery Industry, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology of China, 711 Institute of Shanghai, Institute of High Energy Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China University of Science and Technology, Xi’an Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, National University of Defense Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, People’s Liberation Army and Baoding Municipal Science and Technology Commission and other units of representatives, a total of more than 20 people.
