反映“小科学”向“大科学”转变和科技革命深入的现阶段,科学发展的方法论特点对信息科学的形成产生很大的影响。这种方法论特点之一是科学的情报环境变化显著加快,这使得科学交流的任务、科学情报活动的规模与机制也发生变化。这就是客观上需要有情报学—科学情报活动理论的原因。以信息学为背景,可以更深刻、更清楚地看出情报学的特点。信息学这个非传统知识部门的形成与认识现实的信息方法的发展有机地联系在一起,是现代科学普遍认识的手段。
At this stage of reflecting the shift of “small sciences” to “big sciences” and the deepening of scientific and technological revolution, the methodology features of scientific development have a great impact on the formation of information science. One of the characteristics of this methodology is that the changes in the information environment of science have accelerated markedly. As a result, the tasks of science exchange and the scale and mechanism of scientific intelligence activities have also changed. This is why objective information science is needed - the theory of scientific intelligence activities. With the background of informatics, the characteristics of informatics can be seen more deeply and clearly. The formation of the non-traditional knowledge department of informatics, which is organically linked with the development of a realistic method of information, is a common understanding of modern science.
