目的观察肺纤方与强的松对照抗大鼠肺纤维化氧化损伤的作用。方法用气管内注入博莱霉素的方法制做大鼠肺纤维化模型,检测造模后14,28,45d模型组、假手术组、肺纤方组、强的松组大鼠肺组织匀浆液的氧化损伤物丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)。结果14,28,45d各时间点模型组、强的松组、肺纤方组的MDA比假手术组明显升高,GSH明显降低;45d肺纤方组MDA含量较强的松组减少,GSH明显增加。结论肺纤方具有抗氧化损伤作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Feixian Prescription and prednisone on the oxidative damage of lung fibrosis in rats. Methods The rat pulmonary fibrosis model was induced by intratracheal instillation of bleomycin. The lung tissues of rats in the model group, sham operation group, Feixian group and prednisone group at 14, 28, and 45 days after modeling were measured. The oxidative damage of the serum malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH). Results The MDA in the model group, prednisone group, and Feixian group was significantly higher than that in the sham group at all time points of 14, 28, and 45 d, and the GSH was significantly decreased. The MDA content in the Feixian group was lower than that in the 45 d group, and GSH was decreased. obviously increase. Conclusion Feifeifang has anti-oxidative effects.
