目的:建立测定彝药一口血中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg6种金属元素含量的方法。方法:用浓硝酸微波消解样品后,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定一口血中6种金属元素的含量。结果:各金属元素线性关系的相关系数均>0.9950;平均加样回收率在94.0%~106.0%之间,RSD在2.8%~5.8%之间(n=6)。结论:一口血中含有丰富的人体必需金属元素。本方法简单、准确,结果令人满意,可用于一口血中多种金属元素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of 6 metal elements in Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ca and Mg in a blood of Yi medicine. Methods: Microwave digestion of samples with concentrated nitric acid was used to determine the content of six metal elements in one blood by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The correlation coefficients of the linear relationships of all metal elements were all> 0.9950. The average recoveries were between 94.0% and 106.0% with RSD between 2.8% and 5.8% (n = 6). Conclusion: A blood is rich in essential metal elements. The method is simple, accurate, the results are satisfactory, can be used for determination of a variety of metal elements in a blood.
