目的:用气相色谱法对工作场所空气中乙酰甲胺磷进行测定。方法:采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料管采样,用甲醇作解吸溶剂,添加分析保护剂,用DB-1701毛细管柱分离,FPD检测。结果:乙酰甲胺磷的质量浓度在0.5μg/ml~15μg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.03μg/ml,回收率为106%~108%,批内和批间的相对标准偏差均小于5%,解吸效率为99%~104%。结论:方法的线性范围宽,重现性好,准确度高,适用于工作场所空气中乙酰甲胺磷的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To determine acephate in the air of the workplace by gas chromatography. Methods: Polyurethane foam tube was used for sampling. Methanol was used as desorption solvent. The protective agent was added and separated by DB-1701 capillary column and detected by FPD. Results: The linear range of the mass concentration of acephate was 0.5μg / ml ~ 15μg / ml and the peak area was linear. The detection limit was 0.03μg / ml, the recovery was 106% -108% The relative standard deviations (RSDs) within and between batches were less than 5% and the desorption efficiencies were 99% -104%. Conclusion: The method has wide linear range, good reproducibility and high accuracy, and is suitable for the determination of acephate in the air of workplace.
