以溪荪鸢尾品种“紫霞”“紫蝶”为试材,分析了2种鸢尾干物质积累的规律,同时研究了氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)的吸收利用情况,并进行相关性分析。结果表明:干物质积累情况存在差异,“紫霞”整体呈现逐渐增加的趋势,8月10日出现最高值;而“紫蝶”干物质积累整体呈现出S型曲线变化;氮、磷、钾积累量在2种鸢尾体内差异性显著,同时2种鸢尾在氮、磷、钾养分的积累规律均呈现出N>K>P的特点;2种鸢尾干物质积累规律明显与氮、磷、钾积累显著正相关,相关性系数大小顺序均为N>K>P。
The law of dry matter accumulation of two species of Iris was analyzed using the purple ichthyophora species “Zixia” and “Purple Butterfly” as test materials. The accumulation of two kinds of Iris was significantly correlated with nitrogen , Phosphorus and potassium accumulation was positively correlated, and the order of correlation coefficient was N> K> P.
