本研究采用Vogel模型评价急性吗啡处理、经纳洛酮催瘾大鼠的焦虑症状,并对模型的可行性进行了考察。结果表明,Vogel饮水模型能较好反映大鼠催促戒断后48hr时的焦虑状态,5-HT受体激动剂丁螺环酮可明显缓解Vogel模型中成瘾大鼠的焦虑症状。*p<0.01与生理盐水组比较p<0.05与吗啡组比较研究结果表明,钠洛酮催瘾后,吗啡成瘾组大鼠的体重下降、腹泻等戒断症状非常明显,综合评分亦最高。抗焦虑剂丁螺环酮(剂量5mg。kg-1)对戒断综合征中的腹泻症状有一定抑制作用(排便量减少,p<0.05).而对体重下降等其他指标无明显作用。2.各组大鼠在Vogel模型中的LN及SN结果表明,禁水48小时后,吗啡组大鼠的饮水次数(LN)和被电击次数(SN)明显低于生理盐水组和丁螺环酮组(p<0.01)。说明在戒断48小时后,动物的焦虑症状明显。而丁螺环酮组大鼠的LN及SN明显高于戒断大鼠,与生理盐水组无差异,表明丁螺环酮有显著的抗焦虑作用。讨论Vogel饮水模型是利用禁水动物烦渴心理和对饮水时受到的电刺激而产生的恐惧形成动物的矛盾冲突行为。以动物舔水次数和被电击次数作为焦虑指标。焦虑动物的LN和SN明显减少:抗焦虑药能增?
In this study, Vogel model was used to evaluate the acute morphine treatment, anxiety symptoms of naloxone-induced rats, and the feasibility of the model was investigated.
