采用紫云英琼脂管结瘤试验 ,在 10个供试的不同水稻品种中 ,仅从“汕优 6 3”和“珍A一代”2个品种的种子表面各分离筛选到在紫云英上结瘤较早且较多的 1个菌株 ,分别命名为SY6 3 4和ZA1D 3.采用无菌盆栽试验分别将这 2个菌株接种于 4个不同水稻品种“汕优 6 3”、“珍A一代”、“马协 6 3”及“博湛优 19” ,发现菌株ZA1D 3对 4种水稻均表现出显著的促生作用 ,SY6 3 4仅对“汕优 6 3”和“珍A一代”表现出明显的促生作用 .利用MPN法检测不同水稻品种根内外根瘤菌ZA1D 3和SY6 3 4的数量 ,发现ZA1D 3和SY6 3 4在 4种水稻根部的定殖数量也不相同 .SY6 3 4在“汕优 6 3”根部定殖的数量log (ncfu mFW - 1 /g- 1 )为 5 .2 0 ,比在其余 3种水稻根部高出 2个数量级 ;ZA1D 3在“珍A一代”根部定殖的最大数量log (ncfumFW- 1 /g- 1 )为 4.5 4,比在其余 3种水稻根部高出 1个数量级 .这说明SY6 3 4与“汕优 6 3”、ZA1D 3与“珍A一代”间存在着一定的亲和性 .图 1表 2参 12
Using the nodulation test of Astragalus sinicus, among the 10 rice cultivars tested, the seed surface of two cultivars of “Shanyou 6 3” and “Zhen A” One of the earlier and more nodulated strains were named as SY634 and ZA1D3 respectively.These two strains were inoculated into four different rice cultivars, “Shanyou 6 3”, “Zhen A One strain ”,“ Horse Association 63 ”and“ Bozhanyou19 ”showed that strain ZA1D3 showed significant promoting effect on four kinds of rice, and SY634 only showed significant effects on“ Shanyou 63 ”and“ Zhen A ”Showed significant growth-promoting effect.Using MPN method to detect the numbers of rhizobia ZA1D 3 and SY6 3 4 in different rice varieties, we found that ZA1D 3 and SY6 3 4 colonized the four kinds of rice roots differently.SY6 3 4 The number of colonization at the root of “Shanyou 6 3” was log (ncfu mFW - 1 / g-1) of 5.2, which was two orders of magnitude higher than that of the other three rice roots. The maximum number of root colonization log (ncfumFW-1 / g-1) was 4.5 4, which was one order of magnitude higher than that of the other three kinds of rice roots, which indicated that the relationship between SY6 34 and “ 6 3 ”, ZA1D 3 and“ Jane between generation A ”there is a certain affinity.
