鲁海,祖籍山东泰安,1932年生于青岛,曾任青岛市图书馆馆长,研究员,山东大学等校兼职教授,目录学家,青岛地方史专家,在图书馆学学会、现代文学学会、太平洋学会、炎黄文化研究会、散文学学会等近30个学会分别任会长、顾问、常务理事等职。1946年开始发表文学、目录学、史学等文章,论文4000余篇,出版有《中国古代图书》、《海城青岛》、《话说青岛》等专著30多种,先后获文化部、省、市各种奖项20多次,山东省优秀教,山东省优秀科技工作者,青岛市劳动模范。
Lu Hai, a native of Tai’an, Shandong Province, was born in Qingdao in 1932. He served as curator and researcher of Qingdao City Library, part-time professor of Shandong University, a directory scientist, and a local history expert in Qingdao. He is a member of the Institute of Library Science, Modern Literature, Pacific Ocean Society, Yanhuang Culture Research Association, Society of Prose and other nearly 30 were president, consultant, standing director and other staff. In 1946, he began to publish more than 4000 articles and dissertations in literature, bibliography and history, and published more than 30 kinds of monographs such as “Ancient Chinese Books”, “Haicheng Qingdao” and “Saying Qingdao”. Various awards more than 20 times, outstanding teaching in Shandong Province, Shandong Province outstanding scientific and technological workers, Qingdao model workers.
