1 资料与方法 上颌窦炎患者158例,男89例,女69例,年龄7～52岁;双侧102例,单侧56例;病史4天～12个月。耳鼻喉检查:鼻腔粘膜充血肿胀,中鼻道深处积脓,有的病人可见脓液呈片状附着于下鼻甲表面。慢性上颌窦炎患者,多数可见鼻甲水肿肥大。多数病人有流涕、鼻塞,局部疼痛或头痛。我院拍X线片73例,外院拍X线片11例。 随机将患者分成微波治疗组106例,采用WR-Ⅱ型热疗机,频率9.5MHz,每周治疗2～3次,每次10～15分钟,输出功率30～90W,根据年龄不同适当增减输出功率。3～6次为1疗程。采用宽2.5cm、长6cm的体表方探头,属病人仰卧位,将探头放于鼻部双侧上颌窦区,探头与皮肤距离3～5cm。治疗中嘱病人双眼闭合,询问病人的皮肤温度感觉,视情况调整剂量。采用五官超短波治疗组52例,应用上海产CDB-2型五官超短波治疗机,输出功率40～60mA,电极直径5cm×2,置于鼻骨两侧,紧贴皮肤,每日1次,每次15～20分钟,6～12次为1疗程。
1 Materials and Methods 158 cases of maxillary sinusitis, 89 males and 69 females, aged 7 to 52 years; 102 cases of bilateral, unilateral 56 cases; history of 4 days to 12 months. ENT examination: nasal mucosal hyperemia, empyema in the middle of the nasal passages, and some patients showed pus attached to the inferior turbinate surface. Patients with chronic maxillary sinusitis, hypertrophic turbinate edema can be seen the majority. Most patients have runny nose, stuffy nose, local pain or headache. 73 cases of X-ray film in our hospital, 11 cases of X-ray film. Patients were randomly divided into microwave treatment group 106 cases, the use of WR-Ⅱ type hyperthermia machine, the frequency of 9.5MHz, 2 to 3 times a week treatment, each 10 to 15 minutes, the output power of 30 ~ 90W, according to age appropriate increase or decrease Output Power. 3 to 6 times for a course of treatment. Using 2.5cm wide and 6cm long body surface probe, the patient supine position, the probe placed in the nose on both sides of the maxillary sinus area, the distance between the probe and the skin 3 ~ 5cm. Instruct the patient’s eyes closed during treatment, ask the patient’s skin temperature, adjust the dose, as the case may be. Fifty-two patients with ultra-short facial wave treatment group were treated with CDB-2 type facial ultrashortwave therapy machine with output of 40-60mA and electrode diameter of 5cm × 2 on both sides of the nasal bone, close to the skin once a day for 15 ~ 20 minutes, 6 to 12 times for a course of treatment.
