3月21日,国家财政部、税务总局联合下发通知,从今年4月1日起,对现行消费税的税目、税率及相关政策进行调整。作为和百姓衣食住行关系最密切的一个税种,实施了12年的消费税首次进行重大调整,无疑牵动着各方神经。对普通百姓而言,关心的是税目、税率调整中自己支出的变化。而从宏观决策层面看,消费税增减之间,传递出的则是强烈的政策信号。
On March 21, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a circular to adjust the tax items, tax rates and related policies of the current consumption tax on April 1 this year. As the most closely related to the basic necessities of life and the people of a tax, the implementation of 12 years of consumption tax for the first time a major adjustment undoubtedly affects all nerves. For ordinary people, the concern is the tax items, tax adjustments in their own spending changes.
