辣椒品种不同，苗期耐低温性不同，同一品种苗期对不同低温胁迫表现也有差异。供试材料南京早椒和苏椒５号（Ｆ１）苗期对不同低温胁迫表现有较好的耐性，延边三道筋和哈×江湾茄门（Ｆ１）的耐低温能力较差。
Different varieties of pepper, seedling low temperature resistance, the same species of seedlings of different low temperature stress performance there are differences. The tested materials Nanjing Zaojiao and Sujiao No.5 (F1) had better tolerance to different low temperature stress. The low temperature tolerance of Yanbian No.3 and Jinhaoyimen (F1) was poor.
