各种节能措施的选用大大改变了建筑的节能效果及其温度场状态,特别是对玻璃幕墙这种易于传热的结构,温度场改变更为明显。我国规范对于温度应力设计没有十分明确的计算方法,欧洲规范把玻璃内部的温度梯度简化为平均温度进行计算。本文在真实温度梯度的情况下计算夹层玻璃的温度应力。此外,本文详细分析了各种因素,如内外两片玻璃板之间的厚度,玻璃板的初始温度,玻璃板的支承条件等因素对于温度应力大小的影响。研究发现后两者因素对于幕墙温度应力影响更大。最后根据有限元的分析结构提出相应的规律性的总结,希望能在玻璃幕墙的实际设计中发挥作用。
The selection of various energy-saving measures has greatly changed the energy-saving effect of the building and its temperature field state, especially for the glass curtain wall which is easy to transfer heat and the temperature field changes more obviously. China’s norms for the design of temperature stress is not very clear method of calculation, the European standard glass temperature gradient is simplified as the average temperature for calculation. In this paper, the temperature stress of laminated glass is calculated under the real temperature gradient. In addition, the paper analyzes various factors in detail, such as the thickness of the two glass plates inside and outside, the initial glass temperature, the glass support conditions and other factors on the size of the temperature stress. The study found that the latter two factors have a greater impact on the thermal stress of the curtain wall. Finally, according to the finite element analysis structure, a corresponding regularity summary is proposed, hoping to play a role in the actual design of the glass curtain wall.
