目的:探讨超声刀在在腮腺手术中的应用效果。方法:收集腮腺手术病例63例,将其随机分为两组,使用Focus超声刀完成腮腺手术33例(超声刀组),另选取电刀手术30例设为对照(电刀组)。两组患者均在气管插管全麻下行腮腺浅叶切除,术式一致。对两组总手术时间、暴露腮腺到切除腮腺浅叶的时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后并发症等进行对比研究。结果:超声刀组所得出的各项数据均低于传统电刀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腮腺手术中使用超声刀方便、安全、效果好。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ultrasonic knife in parotid surgery. Methods: Sixty - three cases of parotid gland surgery were collected and randomly divided into two groups. Focus knife was used to complete 33 cases of parotid gland surgery (ultrasonic knife group). Another 30 cases were selected as electric knife surgery. Two groups of patients underwent general anesthesia tracheotomy parotidectomy lobectomy, surgical procedures. The two groups of total operation time, the parotid gland exposed to the parotid gland excision time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, postoperative complications were compared. Results: The data obtained by the ultrasonic knife group were lower than the traditional electric knife group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of ultrasonic scalpel in parotid surgery is convenient, safe and effective.
