随着2004年以来,撤点并校的政策使全国中小学空间分布格局发生了很大的变化,在集中资源的同时业带来了一系列的问题。本文通过对忻府区中小学时空的调整统计,总结出了中小学时空变化呈现出城镇中小学数量增加,边远农村中小学减少。进一步深入分析形成这些特点的原因及其所带来的问题。针对上述问题,深层次剖析其所带来的影响并提出解决的系列措施以及能为今后的教育教学提供借鉴。
With the policy of withdrawing and joining schools since 2004, great changes have taken place in the spatial distribution pattern of primary and secondary schools in the country, bringing about a series of problems while focusing on resources. Based on the adjustment statistics of the primary and middle schools in Xinfu District, this article concludes that the changes of the primary and secondary schools in time and space show the increase of the number of primary and secondary schools in cities and towns and the decrease of primary and secondary schools in remote rural areas. Further analysis of the reasons for the formation of these characteristics and the problems they bring. In view of the above problems, it analyzes the impact brought by it and puts forward a series of measures to solve the problem as well as provide reference for future education and teaching.
