在海勃湾电厂排粉机叶轮运行中,煤粉在风机压头作用下对叶轮叶片产生冲蚀磨损,严重影响排粉机正常运行。对冲蚀磨损的机理进行探讨,结合失效叶片磨损现状,着重分析了冲蚀磨损凹陷,物料损失过程及磨料硬度三者对叶轮叶片磨损产生影响。同时,运用Fluent软件对煤粉的浓度场和速度场进行模拟和分析,根据煤粉浓度、速度综合作用推断重点磨损部位为进、出风口处及靠后壁面叶片和叶片弯曲外侧。
In Haibo Bay power plant exhaust mill impeller operation, the pulverized coal in the fan head pressure on the impeller blades erosion wear, seriously affect the normal operation of the exhaust mill. The mechanism of erosion wear was discussed. Combining with the current situation of failure blade wear, the impact of erosion wear depression, material loss process and abrasive hardness on the wear of impeller blades were analyzed. At the same time, the Fluent software was used to simulate and analyze the concentration and velocity fields of pulverized coal. According to the combined effect of pulverized coal concentration and velocity, the key abrasion sites were estimated as the inlet and outlet and the curved outer sides of the blades and blades.
