公共部门和私营部门是现代社会组织中两个差异很大的主体,公私部门在人力资源绩效考评方面也有着许多不同。本文从分析公共部门与私营部门的特性入手,以考评目标和考评维度的视角对公私部门人力资源绩效考评进行比较,并提出了公共部门与私营部门在人力资源绩效考评目标和维度上的互动。
The public sector and the private sector are two very different subjects in modern social organizations. The public-private sector also has many differences in human resources performance appraisal. Starting with the analysis of the characteristics of the public and private sectors, this paper compares the human resource performance evaluation of the public and private sectors from the perspectives of evaluation objectives and evaluation dimensions and puts forward the interaction between the public sector and the private sector in the goals and dimensions of human resources performance evaluation.
