目的:为减少门诊药房药事纠纷,改善药患关系提供参考。方法:分析我院门诊药房发生纠纷的原因。提出药事纠纷预防措施。结论:提高药剂人员安全意识,规范操作流程是避免差错的重要保障。实施安全合理用药.防范药事纠纷,构建和谐药患关系。
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for reducing drug dispute in outpatient pharmacy and improving the relationship between drug and patient. Methods: Analysis of the causes of disputes in outpatient pharmacies in our hospital. Proposed pharmacist dispute prevention measures. Conclusion: It is an important guarantee to avoid mistakes to improve the safety awareness of pharmacy staff and standardize the operation procedure. Implement safe and rational drug use, prevent drug disputes and build a harmonious drug-drug relationship.
