本文对云南松毛虫蛹和成虫的化学成分组成进行分析比较。蛹的蛋白质和几丁质含量分别为581.5g/kg和74.7g/kg,明显低于成虫的683.0g/kg和178.3g/kg,而脂肪、总糖和灰分又远远高于成虫,存在极大的差异。蛹和成虫两种虫态都含15种氨基酸,总量分别是359.8g/kg和508.9g/kg。蛹期的总糖含量是成虫期的5.21倍,说明在蛹至羽化期间,有大量的糖原参与以上所提到的生命活动而被消耗。蛹的脂肪含量为225.2g/kg,是成虫的3.42倍。其中亚麻酸的变化尤为显著,从蛹的222.4g/kg减少至成虫的87.9g/kg,表明亚麻酸在蛹的羽化过程中起着相当重要的作用。
In this paper, the chemical constituents of pupa and adult pupae of Yunnan pine were analyzed and compared.
