开展连续纤维热塑性复合材料的应用研究包括一系列的问题:从材料的适应性、处理加工技术、产品设计到应用过程中所要达到的要求。以下我们着重就航空工业方面确定复合材料发展前景的因素加以研究。航空工业应用大量先进的热固性复合材料,但是由于种种原因,航空工业也希望利用先进的热塑性复合材料,人们熟知的提高热塑性复合材料冲击强度和耐火要求便是其中的两个重要原因。显然,为安全起见,内部配件要求使用的材料符合当前规定的可燃性以及火焰传播的规定标准,达到这些标准化规范的要求越来越紧迫了。
The research on the application of continuous fiber thermoplastic composites involves a series of problems: from material adaptability, processing technology, product design to application requirements. Below we focus on the aviation industry to determine the development prospects of composite materials to be studied. The aviation industry uses a large number of advanced thermosetting composites, but for various reasons the aerospace industry also hopes to utilize advanced thermoplastic composites, one of the two major causes of which is the well-known increase in impact strength and fire resistance requirements of thermoplastic composites. Obviously, for the sake of safety, the internal fittings require the use of materials that meet the current requirements of flammability and flame propagation standards, the requirements of these standardized specifications to be more and more urgent.
